This document governs the terms of use and purchase on the Senscential online store, which sells air freshener products. By accessing and placing an order on this website, the user agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Products

Senscential offers air fresheners and related home fragrance products. We strive to describe the products as accurately as possible; however, slight variations in color, design, or presentation may occur.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise indicated. Senscential reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.

4. Purchase Process

The customer must select the desired products and complete the purchase process by providing the required information. Once the order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.

5. Payment Methods

Senscential accepts the following payment methods:

Bank transfer

Credit/Debit card

Bizum

In the case of payment by bank transfer, the order will be processed once the payment has been confirmed.

6. Shipping

Orders will be processed and shipped within the timeframes indicated on the website. Senscential is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, such as issues with the courier service.

7. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, provided that the product has not been used and is in its original packaging.

8. Returns

To make a return, the customer must first contact Senscential. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, except in the case of a defective product or an error in the shipment.

9. Liability

Senscential is not liable for damages resulting from misuse of purchased products.

10. Data Protection

Personal data provided by the customer will be processed in accordance with current data protection regulations and our Privacy Policy.

11. Modifications

Senscential reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

12. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the country of residence of the store owner, and the corresponding courts shall have jurisdiction.
